张拳石教授本次分享的主题为:《交互机理审计与对齐:破局大模型自我进化效率瓶颈——从资源堆砌到机理驱动的可信演进新范式》在报告中,张拳石教授指出,大模型当前面临的“可信危机”与“效率困境”,本质上都指向同一个核心问题:模型内部表征能力仍缺乏可验证、可解释、可干预的机理刻画。

围绕这一问题,张拳石教授系统介绍了“交互机理”方法的核心思想:将神经网络复杂决策逻辑解构为可量化、可验证的交互单元,从而进一步识别模型中哪些机理具有可泛化价值,哪些机理更接近噪声或过拟合表征。

这一技术路径为大模型安全审计、训练效率优化和可信演进提供了新的可能:一方面,交互机理审计可以帮助识别“结果正确但内在逻辑错误”的隐性风险,使模型不仅“做对的事”,也能“正确地做事”。另一方面,交互机理对齐有望帮助模型摆脱单纯依赖数据与算力堆砌的训练路径,推动大模型训练从“黑盒试错”走向“机理驱动”的高效优化。
